Seating Repair
Rusted seat frames
Existing seats are dismantled into complete parts and sent to sandblasting and powder coating. Seat sponge are cleaned,checked for re-use and send to canvas for retrim
Sand Blast
Seat frames are sand blasted and treated with phosphating chemical before powder coating
Re-powder Coat
Steel parts are sandblasted and re-powder coated in texture black. The seat bottoms are replaced with new marine ply
Retrim canvas seats
Seats will be retrimmed with new ripstop canvas
chassis, steelwork and loadbin repairs
Chassis
Chassis will be cleaned, check U bolts, bushes, shackles, drive train, diff and engine oil levels. Chassis will be resprayed in matt black paint
Bull Bar and Protection
All bullbars, towbars and side steps are sand blasted and re-powder coated
Load Bin Rubberizing
Rubberizing services, new bolts and nuts, new rubbers on load bin.
Finished Product
Final Product with extra 3D cupholders/cell phone holders, lighting and cooler carriers for an easy sundowner setup
